Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash or 2 cups frozen butternut squash
  • 2 medium carrots

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the butternut squash.
  • Wash and cube the carrots.
  • Steam the butternut squash and carrots in a steaming basket or baby food maker for about 10-15 minutes (or until soft).
  • Blend the steamed butternut squash and carrots into a puree, adding water until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Serve, refrigerate, or freeze for later!
