Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and remove the seed from the avocado.
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the avocado pasta sauce over your choice of pasta.
