Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup plant-based vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, blend the oats into a flour-like texture.
  • Add in the bananas and continue to blend.
  • Add in the eggs and protein powder, then lightly blend to mix until smooth.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into a lightly oiled pan and cook for about 2-5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve and enjoy or freeze for later!
