Oven-Roasted Asparagus Recipe

1 bunch asparagus 2-3 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder salt/pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Clean the asparagus and trim the ends.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the asparagus.
Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is crispy on top and tender in the middle.
Serve and enjoy!
Feel free to use avocado oil or butter instead of olive oil.
Minced garlic also works great in this recipe!
Adjust the time based on the thickness of the asparagus, checking on it often and tossing halfway through the cooking time.
To trim the asparagus, cut about 1-1.5" off of the end of each spear (or where it seems that the "tough" part ends and the "tender" part begins).
