Servings 4 Servings
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Clean the asparagus and trim the ends.
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil.
Evenly sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the asparagus.
Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the asparagus is crispy on top and tender in the middle.
Serve and enjoy!
- Feel free to use avocado oil or butter instead of olive oil.
- Minced garlic also works great in this recipe!
- Adjust the time based on the thickness of the asparagus, checking on it often and tossing halfway through the cooking time.
- To trim the asparagus, cut about 1-1.5" off of the end of each spear (or where it seems that the "tough" part ends and the "tender" part begins).
