  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 medium lemon juiced
  • 1/3 cup water room temperature
  • salt/pepper to taste
