  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground beef 90/10 or 93/7
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Heat up the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the ground beef and break into small pieces with a spatula.
  • Let the ground beef cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the salt and pepper.
  • Mix and sauté the ground beef occasionally for another 5-7 minutes (or until evenly browned and fully cooked).
  • Set aside for a recipe or refrigerate for later!
