- 3-4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, placing on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with avocado oil and top with garlic powder and salt.
Toss the sweet potatoes to coat evenly.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes (or until tender).
