1 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 1/4 cup almond butter 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons molasses optional 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon allspice Topping (Optional) 1 Tablespoons white chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Divide the overnight oats ingredients into jars and mix (or combine in a large bowl and divide into containers).
Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Slowly add the yogurt into the white chocolate mixture, 1 Tablespoon at a time, stirring or whisking until smooth.
Smooth the topping into each of the containers and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Add lids and store in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
