Banana Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats
Creamy, sweet, DELICIOUS Banana Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats! Make this easy vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free breakfast in about 5 minutes and take it with you on-the-go the next day!
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet stevia
- 2 Tbsp maple sryup
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut chips
- 1 banana
Combine everything (except for the banana) together in a bowl.
Place in jars and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top each jar with bananas slices and enjoy!
