1/2cupdairy-free chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix the almond flour, protein powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add in the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Pour in the chocolate chips and mix.
Roll the "dough" into 14-16 protein balls.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for later!

Protein bites too dry? Try adding just a little bit more maple syrup or mixing the almond butter with a creamier peanut butter. Add 1 Tablespoon at a time until the texture is right!
Store energy bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months! When ready to enjoy, simply let them thaw in the fridge the night before.
