Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple

Instructions

  • Combine the quinoa, rolled oats, and almond milk in a sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil for about 3-5 minutes, then lower heat and let simmer (covered) for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
  • Serve the quinoa oatmeal with apple slices.
  • Enjoy!
