Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 packets stevia
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Mix everything together, refrigerate overnight, and enjoy!

Notes

 
  • Overnight oats don't keep well for more than a day (the texture will change) so if you want to prep ahead make a big batch of the dry ingredients and add the liquid only the night before you need them.
  • The longer you leave the oats the softer they will become, 8 hours is ideal but you could leave them for 4-6 hours.
  • You can easily adapt this recipe with your favorite spices and natural sweeteners such as honey or applesauce.
