This Iced Biscoff Latte recipe is the BEST way to start the morning! Sweet, creamy, and perfectly spiced, it has all the comforting fall flavors I crave while still being cold and refreshing. It's perfect for those days when the weather just isn’t cooperating with my chilly morning dreams. With a fluffy Biscoff cream topping and optional cookie crumbles, it looks and tastes like something you’d order from a fancy coffee shop but is super easy to make at home!
2ouncesstrongly brewed espresso or 1/2 cup cold brew
1/4cupmilk
1-2Tablespoonsmaple syrup
Optional Topping
Drizzle Biscoff spreadmelted
Crumbled Biscoff cookies
Instructions
Warm the Biscoff spread in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until it melts.
Combine the Biscoff spread with the cinnamon and heavy cream in a milk frother.
Warm the mixture and froth until thick and bubbly.
Meanwhile, brew the espresso over a glass filled with ice.
Add the milk and maple syrup, stir.
Top the entire drink with the Biscoff cream and gently stir or shake it to mix.
If you want, top the drink with another drizzle of melted Biscoff spread and crumbled Biscoff cookies. Enjoy!

If you don’t have a milk frother that can warm the cream, microwave the cream first before using an electric whisk to combine it with the other ingredients!
Hot Biscoff latte option: Omit the ice, and warm the milk before adding it to the coffee.
