Italian Dressing Pasta Salad

This Creamy Italian Pasta Salad will add a burst of flavor to your summer picnics, potlucks, or weeknight meals! I've been making this easy pasta salad on repeat lately and my family loves it every time. It's made with simple, fresh ingredients, hearty pasta, and the BEST creamy Italian dressing. Ingredients

Pasta Salad

  • 12 ounces uncooked pasta bowtie or farfalle is great!
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 4 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
  • 4 ounces shredded sharp provolone
  • 4 ounces uncured salami, cubed
  • 1/3 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Italian Dressing

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the directions, rinse it with cold water, and drain well.
  • Whisk the italian dressing ingredients together and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add all of the pasta salad ingredients and toss together.
  • Pour the Italian dressing over everything and stir well until the pasta salad is coated evenly.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy!

  • Have leftovers? Store this pasta salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days! It's best not to freeze this recipe, as the ingredients are best served fresh.
  • This recipe makes about 6 large servings for a meal or it can make 8-10 servings as a side dish!
