If I had to pick one dinner to repeat over and over again on busy weeknights, it would be these Orange Sesame Ground Turkey Bowls! With 49 grams of protein, these healthy bowls come together in 30 minutes and are honestly the best easy meal. My family and I LOVE how flavorful these are, with ground turkey, crispy veggies, and a sweet and sour orange sauce that's truly next level. If you're craving comforting takeout but want a healthier, high-protein option at home, you'll love this easy dinner recipe!
Whisk the orange sesame sauce ingredients together in a bowl, set aside.
Heat up a large skillet over medium-high heat with the oil. Add the ground turkey and salt. Break up the turkey and cook for 6-8 minutes until mostly cooked through, mixing often.
Add the broccoli, peppers and cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the sauce (make sure you give the sauce a quick whisk before) and cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing often, until the sauce has thickened.
Mix the radish slaw ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
Build each bowl with warm cooked rice, turkey & veggies, radish slaw, avocado slices, orange slices, scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
Drizzle with the remaining sauce from the bottom of the pan. Enjoy!
