- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 medium apple
Combine the quinoa, rolled oats, and almond milk in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil for about 3-5 minutes, then lower heat and let simmer (covered) for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add in the maple syrup and cinnamon.
Serve the quinoa oatmeal with apple slices.
