Mix the rolled oats, chia seeds, cashew butter, agave syrup, matcha powder, and vanilla protein powder together until smooth.
Roll each energy bite into a ball by hand.
Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
