Chia Seed Jam in a mason jar.

Triple Berry Chia Seed Jam

I stopped buying store-bought jam years ago, thanks to this Chia Seed Jam recipe! A longtime favorite on the blog, it’s thick, sweet, and made with just six natural ingredients. There’s no refined sugar, and the chia seeds add fiber and omega-3 fats, meaning the jam is surprisingly filling. And as a busy mom of 3, I love that the ingredients come together in one pot in less than 15 minutes with no complicated steps or canning required! My kids and I have loved this recipe for years. It's so good!
