Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats that taste just like apple pie for breakfast! Made with just 6 simple ingredients in 5 minutes, this easy recipe is healthy and higher in protein. Every bite is so good and you can even meal prep several all at one time for the week ahead! I've been making these apple overnight oats as a healthy fall breakfast for YEARS and they're still one of my favorite recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium apple sliced or diced

Instructions

  • Divide the oats, cinnamon, maple syrup, yogurt, and milk evenly between two mason jars.
  • Stir each jar until evenly mixed and cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, slice the apple and add it to the mason jars.
  • Enjoy!

  • Make it the night before so it has enough time to soak and develop all the delicious flavors.
  • You can add any additional flavors, like vanilla or nutmeg!
  • You can sweeten the oats to your preference with maple syrup, honey, or brown sugar.
  • Feel free to add dried fruit, nuts, or seeds.
  • These oats can be made individually in mason jars, or create a big batch in a bowl and store with an airtight lid!
  • Enjoy these apple pie overnight oats cold or warm! I prefer them cold, but they can also be heated up in the microwave for a few seconds (before adding the apple) to warm. You may add a little bit of extra milk if warming them up!
