Baked Apples

This Baked Apples Recipe is my version of a healthy apple crumble and it's SO good. The sweet apples are stuffed with a crisp maple, oat, and almond butter crumble, then baked until soft. Served warm, they’re the BEST fall treat! One batch takes less than an hour to make and has all the flavorful fall vibes we all know and love. My kids love making these with me, and we always add a dollop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel for a quick and easy healthy dessert!

Notes

  • Tip: I like to save the carved out insides of the apples and steam them for the kids! You could also make apple butter with them.
