This Chicken Sausage Orzo Casserole is one of my go-to comfort food dinners when I want something warm and cozy that's quick and healthy! I’ve been testing this recipe for a while, and I can honestly say it's SO perfect. It reminds me of the viral baked feta pasta, but with a fun and unique twist. With over 30 grams of protein, this easy Boursin Pasta Casserole recipe comes together in just 35 minutes. Savory, creamy, and loaded with cheesy, herby flavors, each bite is so good!
Add the orzo, sausage, tomatoes, and spinach to a casserole dish.
Place the Boursin cheese round in the center of the dish.
Cover everything with the broth and a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the minced garlic, salt (optional), and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes, mix, and enjoy!

Notes
This recipe is already pretty salty with the chicken broth and Boursin, so the added salt is optional and to taste!
For the best orzo casserole, let the dish sit for 5-10 minutes after baking to slightly cool and to let the orzo soak up everything a bit more. It's perfect this way!
Nutrition for this recipe is calculated with regular orzo pasta, but feel free to use this high-protein orzo to add more protein!
