Chili Lime Steak Tacos with Mango Salsarecipe that's easy to make in your slow cooker! I've been making this healthy dinner recipe for years and it's SO good.
Place steak in the crockpot and turn it on high. Add the remaining ingredients on top of the steaks and rub it around all over the meat to coat each piece.
Cook on high for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
Add all of the ingredients for the mango salsa into a medium bowl and mix it well.
Remove the steak from the slow cooker and slice it thinly into strips.
Build the tacos with steak, sliced avocado, and top them with the mango salsa.

Storing
Refrigerator: Store the steak and mango salsa in separate airtight containers for up to 4 days.
Freezer: Freeze the steak and mango salsa in separate airtight containers for 2-3 months.
Reheating: Microwave the steak for 1-2 minutes until hot. You can also heat it in a skillet over medium heat. Refresh leftover salsa with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Tips
Make it in a Skillet - Cook the steak for 4 minutes on each side in a medium-high skillet.
Make it in the oven - Cook for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
