Frozen Banana Snickers
These Frozen Banana Snickers are the best afternoon sweet treat! I love that they can be made in just 15 minutes total time, and they're easy to store for whenever you're craving chocolate. My kids and I make these in the summer and it's always so fun! Whether you need an idea for how to use up ripe bananas or you're just craving a Snickers bar, these healthy frozen bananas are so yummy.

Prepare a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the banana in half, then again lengthwise to make 4 pieces.
Place the banana slices on the baking sheet and spread peanut butter over each one.
Evenly top with dates and peanuts.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds.
Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and immediately top with flaky salt.
Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set, then enjoy!
Ripe, but not too ripe, bananas are best for this recipe. You don't want them too soft, otherwise they won't be able to hold the toppings very well!
I like to store these in the freezer and thaw them in the fridge for about 20 minutes before enjoying.
Adjust the toppings to taste - you really can't go wrong with this recipe!
