This Whipped Frozen Lemonade has been one of my favorite ways to beat the summer heat lately! Creamy, tangy, sweet, and refreshingly cool, this dairy-free drink is perfect for enjoying on a hot day. Made with just 3 ingredients, you can whip up this frosty treat in no time. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or need a quick pick-me-up, this frozen lemonade is truly the best sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups lemonade, frozen into ice cubes
  • whipped coconut cream topping optional
  • lemon slices to garnish optional

Instructions

  • Fill an ice cube tray with the lemonade and freeze for about 6-8 hours (or overnight).
  • Combine the frozen lemonade cubes with the coconut milk and maple syrup in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add any plant-based whipped topping and fresh lemon slices if you want. Enjoy!

Notes

TIP: Feel free to use coconut cream instead of coconut milk for a creamier, thicker texture!
