Combine the protein bites ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
Roll into balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate topping ingredients together in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds, stirring every 15 minutes. TIP: If the mixture is still too thick, mix in about 1/2 teaspoon of extra coconut oil.
