Notes

  • Feel free to stir in about 1-2 Tablespoons of maple syrup to the cookie dough. While it isn't necessary, it can add a little bit extra moisture, flavor, and sweetness to the cookies!
  • While this recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free, it can also be made with regular flour and regular butter
  • The creamier the peanut butter, the better.
  • If you have the time, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking!
  • Want to make the monster cookie dough ahead of time? Feel free to make it the night before, scoop into balls, and freeze until you're ready to bake.
  • Substitute any other mix-in ideas: pretzels, chopped nuts, or candy of choice!
