Gluten-Free Monster Cookies Recipe
We have been obsessed with these Gluten-Free Monster Cookies over here! I initially made them for my preschooler with allergies, but the whole family ended up loving them so much that we now make them on the regular. The texture is just perfect!
It’s like peanut butter cookies meets oatmeal cookies meets chocolate chips cookies and then CANDY. I can’t get enough! I’ve made a vegan version, dairy-free version, regular version, and I can tell you this: this gluten-free chocolate chip cookies recipe is foolproof, works amazingly, and is SO delicious!

How to Make Gluten-Free Monster Cookies
One of my favorite things about this recipe is that it’s easy and can be made entirely in one bowl! Here’s how to make Gluten-Free Monster Cookies:
- Whisk the liquid ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the coated chocolate candy, chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop the cookie dough on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes per batch at 350 degrees F.
- Let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
Tips for This Recipe
- Feel free to stir in about 1-2 Tablespoons of maple syrup to the cookie dough. While it isn’t necessary, it can add a little bit extra moisture, flavor, and sweetness to the cookies!
- While this recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free, it can also be made with regular flour and regular butter
- The creamier the peanut butter, the better.
- If you have the time, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking!
- Want to make the monster cookie dough ahead of time? Feel free to make it the night before, scoop into balls, and freeze until you’re ready to bake.
- Substitute any other mix-in ideas: pretzels, chopped nuts, or candy of choice!
How to Store
Store Gluten-Free Monster Cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. They can also be kept in the fridge for 5-7 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months!
