Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine the tahini, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, and coconut oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
  • Meanwhile, beat together the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for 1 minute.
  • Add the vanilla extract and melted chocolate mixture, then beat until combined.
  • Add in all dry ingredients, beating just until smooth.
  • Fold in the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Transfer to the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 28-32 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness. They are naturally fudgy, but if you like them extra fudgy, bake them for less time.
  • Once done, cool completely, then add frosting (optional) and enjoy!
