What You’ll Need for Chocolate Tahini Brownies
Just 10 ingredients – or nine if you cut out the chocolate frosting – is all it takes to whip up a batch of these healthy tahini brownies.
- Tahini – The main ingredient that gives these chocolate brownies that melt-in-your-mouth texture you’ll love. I recommend the Whole Foods 365 brand tahini or Soom Foods Tahini. You ideally want one that is runny and not too dry/thick!
- Eggs
- Coconut Oil
- Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips – Sprinkle a few extra on top for an indulgent treat.
- Coconut or Brown Sugar – I’ve tried both and they both work well!
- Cocoa Powder
- Vanilla
- Blanched Almond Flour – Oat flour or an all-purpose 1:1 gluten-free flour would work as a substitute for almond flour.
- Salt
- Dairy-Free Chocolate Frosting (of choice, optional)

How To Store Chocolate Tahini Brownies
Eat some now and save some for later; a perfect way to have healthy treats on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth whenever the craving hits. Let the brownies cool completely, then store them in an airtight container (or freezer bag) at room temperature for 2-3 days. They can also be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or frozen for up to 3 months!
