Iced Oat Milk Latte (Starbucks Copycat Recipe)

Whip up this Starbucks Copycat Iced Oatmilk Pecan Crunch Latte in minutes and no barista skills are required! The homemade pecan syrup is nutty and sweet and takes just 5 minutes and 2 ingredients. This easy-to-make iced latte has been one of my favorite ways to start off crisp, fall mornings!

Ingredients

Pecan Syrup (makes 2 servings)

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Vanilla Cold Foam

Instructions

  • Add the pecans to a small saucepan and turn the heat the medium-low.
  • Toast the pecan pieces for just a minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Add the maple syrup and cook on a low boil for 4-5 minutes.
  • Strain the pecans through a fine mesh strainer and allow them to cool and dry to top the drink. Set the syrup aside.
  • Add the espresso, oat milk, and 2 Tablespoons syrup to a large glass of ice.
  • Using a frother, make the vanilla cold foam by frothing the oat milk, syrup, and vanilla until thick and foamy.
  • Pour the cold foam on top of the latte and sprinkle on cinnamon and the maple pecan pieces. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I highly recommend making your own syrup because it's so easy, but if you'd rather buy it there are a few high quality store-bought pecan syrup options out there.
