This Maple Pecan Pie Latte recipe with over 50 5-star reviews has been my go-to cozy fall and winter drink for years! If you’ve seen the popular Trader Joe’s maple butter latte, this is a simple homemade version you can make in just 5 minutes with simple pantry staples. I love that I can make it cold or hot, and that sweet creaminess tastes like pecan pie goodness in my morning coffee!

Notes
As written, this drink is super creamy. Use 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1/4 cup of milk for a less creamy option.
Use 1 tablespoon of pecan butter instead of pecan halves if you want!
30-second DIY pecan butter hack: Microwave 3 Tbsp pecans on a plate for 30–45 sec (warms oils). Process in a mini-chopper with 1 tsp coconut oil or melted butter and a pinch of salt until creamy (about 60–90 sec, scrape once). Use 1 Tbsp for the latte; stash the rest.
