Snickers Protein Ice Cream that tastes like an indulgent treat, but made healthier with better-for-you ingredients and added protein! This recipe is easily mixed together, frozen, then made extra-creamy. Add mix-ins and toppings that really bring out that Snickers flavor!
The night before, whisk together the milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder until it's smooth.
Pour into the Ninja Creami pint jar (if you didn't already mix it in there) and add the lid.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight!
When ready, place the pint jar in the machine and blend with the "ice cream" setting on full.Tip: Once it's done, respin for an even creamier texture!
Make a well in the middle of the ice cream using a spoon, then add in the mix-ins.
Press the "mix-in" button.
Scoop into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!

If you're looking to lower the overall calories/fat and up the protein, feel free to use PB2 powder instead! Just be sure to mix it with water so that it creates the same amount as peanut butter.
To make this recipe in a blender:
Whisk the protein ice cream base together.
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze.
When ready, blend in a high-speed blender. You may have to work with it and add a little bit of extra milk to get it smooth and creamy!
Fold in the mix-in ingredients, add toppings and enjoy!
