Ingredients

Overnight Oats (divided)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings/Mix-Ins

Instructions

  • Divide the oats, cinnamon, brown sugar, almond butter, yogurt, milk, and vanilla into 2 jars or containers.
  • Mix the overnight oats until well combined.
  • Mix in the crushed walnuts and raisins.
  • Add airtight lids and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, feel free to add any other toppings you want and enjoy!
