Mix rolled oats, almond flour, walnuts, coconut oil, cinnamon, almond milk, and 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
Layer two cups or bowls with Greek yogurt, the oatmeal "crumble", and cubed apples.
