Apple Crumble Parfaits – Healthy Breakfast or Dessert Recipe!
The comforting warmth of a homemade apple crumble, but make it quick, easy, and single serving (ish)! I love making this healthy parfait recipe for the most fall vibes. And it’s easy for the kids to join in on the fun. They love helping me put these together!
There are so many ways to make this 5-minute crumble. You can use fresh apples and yogurt for a delicious, healthy breakfast, or apple pie filling and ice cream for a dessert. Either way, this healthy fall treat is one you’ll want to make over and over again!

What You’ll Need
The ingredients for this recipe are simple and easy to find. In addition to being gluten-free and refined sugar-free, you can easily make this Apple Crumble Parfait dairy-free and vegan with a few simple swaps!
- Rolled Oats
- Almond Flour – Oat flour is another great option.
- Chopped Walnuts – Chopped pecans are delicious, too!
- Coconut Oil – Or butter for more flavor.
- Cinnamon
- Splash of Almond Milk -Just a little bit helps to bring this crumble recipe together and soften the granola a bit.
- Maple Syrup – Add more or less to sweeten to taste.
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt – Easily make this dairy-free with a plant-based yogurt, instead!
- Apple – I love using fresh apples, but this can also be made with apple pie filling! Honeycrisp, gala, pink lady apples, or granny smith apples are all delicious.
How to Make a Healthy Apple Crumble Recipe
Here’s how to make these easy Healthy Apple Crumble Parfaits:
- Mix rolled oats, almond flour, walnuts, coconut oil, cinnamon, almond milk, and 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
- Layer two cups or bowls with Greek yogurt, the oatmeal crumble topping, and cubed apples.
- Drizzle each cup with the remaining maple syrup and enjoy!

- You can bake the oatmeal crumble in the oven or an air fryer for a crispier texture.
- Feel free to replace the yogurt with vanilla ice cream, if desired!

To meal prep this easy apple crumble recipe the night before, mix the oats, flour, walnuts, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Cover and keep at room temperature overnight. Combine the apples, yogurt, and maple syrup and store them in a separate airtight container.
