Snickers Overnight Oats

These Snickers Overnight Oats are creamy, chocolate peanut butter perfection! I've been making these on repeat lately and they're the best high-protein breakfast. With sweet chopped dates for that signature caramel flavor, a layer of chocolate and chopping peanuts, they taste like a total treat! And as a busy mom of three, I love that they have 26 grams of protein per serving and can be made in just 5 minutes. If you've been looking for an easy healthy breakfast recipe for the week ahead, these overnight oats are the best.

Notes

  • These will turn out thick when blended. If you prefer thinner texture, just add more milk before adding the topping!
  • You don't have to make these as blended oats. Easily just mix the ingredients in the jars and then add your toppings for regular overnight oats.
  • Feel free to just mix in chocolate chips and skip the chocolate shell if you want!
