Ingredients
This recipe has simple, healthy ingredients, and you will like have most of them in your kitchen already! Here’s what you’ll need to make these Snickers Overnight Oats:
Blended Oats
- Rolled Oats – Old-fashioned oats create a creamy texture when blended. If you skip blending, quick oats can work great too in a bind!
- Almond Milk – Any milk works — oat, dairy, or even cashew.
- Greek Yogurt – Cottage cheese is a great swap if you want extra protein! Just make sure it gets blended at some point, either with all of the other ingredients or on it’s own.
- Maple Syrup – Honey is a great option as well to naturally sweeten this recipe.
- Chocolate Protein Powder – I usually go for a clean plant-based one, but whey works too.
- Creamy Peanut Butter – It is important to use creamy to keep the right texture.
- Chopped Dates – Optional, but add that delicious Carmel flavor! You can leave them chopped and mixed in, or blend them for a vegan caramel drizzle.
Snickers Topping
- Dark Chocolate Chips – Melts into a glossy, crackly shell.
- Coconut Oil – Helps the chocolate set up just right.
- Flaky Sea Salt – Don’t skip it—it makes the chocolate pop!
- Peanut Butter Drizzle (optional) – For extra richness.
- Chopped Peanuts – Brings that crunchy Snickers vibe to the top.

- Make the Chocolate Shell – Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil until melted, stirring until smooth.

- Chill Overnight – Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Crack + Enjoy! – Use a spoon to break into that chocolate shell and enjoy!

Tips
- Customize the Consistency – These oats are on the thicker side when blended, so feel free to add more milk before adding the topping to get the texture you love.
- Skip the Blender – Not into blending? You can stir everything together instead! It’ll have a more traditional overnight oats texture, but still super tasty.
- Wanting More Protein? – Use cottage cheese instead of yogurt, or boost your protein powder scoop slightly.
- Let the Shell Set Fully – Give it time to chill completely so the shell cracks cleanly.
- Swap the Shell – Feel free to just mix in chocolate chips and skip the chocolate shell if you want!

Variations
Switch it up with these fun ideas:
- Snickers Mocha Oats – Add 1 tsp instant coffee to the blend for a coffee twist.
- Banana Snickers Oats – Blend in half of a banana for even more creaminess. This is SO good!
- Vegan Version – Use a dairy-free yogurt and plant-based protein to make this 100% vegan (plus dairy-free chocolate chips).
