Make a double batch and freeze extra smoothies in mason jars to meal prep them for the week ahead! Then just thaw the smoothie in the fridge a few hours before or warm in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring until you get the right consistency.

If you want a drinkable smoothie, feel free to thin out the texture by adding a little bit more milk and juice as needed.
