If you love chocolate-covered strawberries, you're going to be so obsessed with these Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites! They’re creamy, chocolatey, perfectly sweet, and made with just a handful of simple ingredients. Even better, they come together in just a few minutes with steps that are so easy even my kids can do them. Lately, I’ve been keeping a batch in the freezer for an easy, after-dinner treat or afternoon snack. They're the perfect pick-me-up!
Chop the strawberries and mix into the yogurt along with maple syrup and vanilla.
Line a 9x13” baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop the yogurt mixture on to the pan, keeping a round shape if possible.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave for about 45 seconds, mixing every 15 seconds until the chocolate is very smooth and runny.
Use a fork to lift each yogurt bite, dip in the chocolate, and lift it out quickly, working one at a time. Immediately sprinkle with flaky salt before the chocolate sets (it’ll set quickly).
Repeat until all of the yogurt bites are done, then set in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Enjoy frozen or let them thaw for a few minutes before biting into them!

Notes
Be sure to use a thick Greek yogurt; if the yogurt is too runny, then it’ll be tough to create the right shape. Still yummy though, and you can always turn it into a “bark” instead!
If coating the entire yogurt bite feels like too much, feel free to just drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of each one instead.
This recipe makes 6 large yogurt bites, but you can make 8-12 smaller ones if you'd prefer!
