This easy Vegan Stir Fry recipe only takes about 25 minutes to put together! It's so full of flavor and perfect for the entire family. Made with store-bought sweet & sour "pork", it's also full of protein! This is my go-to easy stir fry recipe for meatless days and it's always such a hit.
Bring 1 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add in the noodles, then remove from heat and allow the noodles to soften for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
While the noodles are cooking, create the sauce by mixing the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and agave syrup.
In a non-stick pan, saute the bell peppers and broccoli in the avocado oil for about 7-10 minutes. Add in the peas and shredded carrots.
Pour in the sauce and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
While the vegetables are cooking, add in the Gardein Sweet & Sour Porkless Bites (with the heated sweet & sour sauce as directed on the package). Cook until the vegetables have softened and the bites are heated throughout.
