If I was to ask you what your LEAST favorite chore is, what would it be? Mine is 100% hands-down cleaning the bathrooms. Truly, the worst thing. It’s always seemed like such a daunting and time-consuming task! But after I started using this list, in this order, with these items, cleaning the bathrooms in my house became, well, doable.
No, it still isn’t my favorite home cleaning task (is there such a thing?), but now that I know how to deep clean a bathroom in 30 minutes, I don’t mind doing it more often!

How To Deep Clean A Bathroom In 30 Minutes
What you need
The first step in being able to deep clean a bathroom in 30 minutes is to have the right products. Here is what you’ll need to make this happen!
- Microfiber cloths (2-3)
- Scrubbing brush
- Spray bottle with favorite natural all-purpose cleaner
- Baking soda
- Toilet cleaner & wand
- Glass cleaner
- Easy-to-use mop (this is a GREAT one!)

Cleaning steps
1. Tub/Shower
Start with the tub and shower first. Make sure the bathroom fan is on or a window is open! Spray all-purpose (or tub/shower) cleaner and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Scrub the tub, tile, and shower and rinse. If your tub has stains and a lot of grime, sprinkle baking soda all over the tub and let sit for a couple of minutes. Scrub the baking soda all over the tub and rinse.
2. Toilet
Pour toilet cleaner into the toilet and quickly scrub using a toilet wand! Use a microfiber cloth and all-purpose cleaner to wipe the outside of the toilet (and seat) clean.
3. Mirrors/Glass
Use glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to quickly wipe down mirrors and glass.
4. Countertops/Sinks
Spray natural all-purpose cleaner all over the countertops and sinks. Wipe down countertops first and then finish by wiping down sinks.
5. Floors
Take an easy-to-use mop and quickly mop the floors.
That’s it! There’s nothing like the feeling of having a clean, happy, healthy home. Using the right natural products and the right flow of stepsis essential for getting it done efficiently!
