Creamy, sweet Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls that are loaded with protein and good things!

THIS. This has been my jam these days. Something about those third trimester cravings, this super hot weather, and these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls are just lining up ever-so-perfectly right now! Not to mention how easy they are to make?? Oh my goodness, y’all.

Another great thing about these breakfast bowls is that they’re loaded with protein. If you’re looking for more ways to add protein to your everyday breakfast (like I always am), then these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls are for you!

What’s in a breakfast bowl?

Breakfast bowls can come with tons of variations. Some people love savory breakfast bowls with eggs and protein, some people love sweet breakfast bowls. Today, we’re making these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls that tend to err on the sweet side but are loaded with protein. Such a win!

While I have a recipe below for these breakfast bowls, feel free to play around with different ingredients and make them your own!

How to make these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls:

SO easy. All you’ll need is yogurt, blueberries, honey, and a protein bar.

My absolute fave protein bars to use in these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls are ZonePerfect® High Protein Bars! They’re not only completely delicious (loving the Blueberry Crumble flavor for this recipe), but they’re also loaded with 20g of protein and contain no sugar alcohols! The 5g of sugar comes from stevia and monk fruit – two plant-based sources. Not to mention that each bar contains 19 Vitamins & Minerals. The best, especially for these breakfast bowls!

If you’ve never had ZonePerfect Bars and are looking for a delicious high protein bar to add to your life, I’m loving these. I’ve always appreciated how ZonePerfect Bars are amazingly delicious (seriously guys, have you tried them??), but the Blueberry Crumble flavor that I used in these bowls is just right! I bought mine off of Amazon (they came in two days – yay!), but you can also purchase them HERE.

Make these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls ahead of time!

One of my favorite things about these Blueberry & Yogurt Breakfast Bowls is that they can be made ahead of time! Simply put them together the night before, cover them, and enjoy them in the morning. You could also put them in a mason jar instead of a bowl to take on-the-go!

I love mixing blueberries, honey and yogurt and often do. I think cutting up the protein bar is a GREAT addition and adds to the nutrition of this simple breakfast or lunch.
