Meal prepping is an absolute must in my life. To be honest, I’m not sure how I would survive without it! Here are some of my favorite 5-minute healthy lunch ideas to meal prep in advance and take on-the-go!
1. Avocado Toast
Fresh avocado, salt and pepper to taste, and yummy tomatoes. Avocado toast is a delicious and easy lunch staple!
2. Classic PB&J
It doesn’t get any better than a classic PB&J, ya know? Serve with your choice of chips, fruit, or vegetables!
3. Hummus & Peppers
There’s something about combining hummus and fresh red bell peppers that is just heavenly! Serve with a side of cantaloupe for a delicious meal.
4. Kale Salad
Kale, spinach, lettuce – your choice! A basic salad with tomatoes and a yummy dressing is a great way to add veggies to your diet. Serve with pineapple pieces for a yummy meal!
5. Avocado & Tuna
Keep them separate or mix them together! Avocado & tuna are a delicious combo. Serve with crackers and green apple slices to make it a meal!
