Let’s be honest. There are seasons in life where as much as we would like to eat healthy, clean, plant-based meals everyday, it’s just not realistic for our lifestyle. Being a mama of two littles has definitely shown me how hard it is to put healthy meals together for myself and my family with little to no time on my hands!
This is where Splendid Spoon comes to the rescue! Healthy meals that are plant-based and require ZERO prep work delivered right to your doorstep. Does it get any better than that? In this Splendid Spoon review, I’m sharing what I loved, didn’t love, and all of the details about this healthy meal delivery program. Scroll down to find out if it’s right for you!

Splendid Spoon Review – PROS
In all honesty, I really really loved my experience (and continued experience) with Splendid Spoon. But if you’re on the fence about whether you should try it out or not, here is a list of pros!
1. ZERO Prep Work, No Cooking
One thing I typically don’t like about other meal delivery services is that they still require tons of work. My most favorite thing about Splendid Spoon is that the meals are ready to eat! Simply eat the meals thawed out or microwave for a few minutes, then enjoy.
2. Healthy, Plant-Based Meals
Let’s talk about the food, shall we? Oh. My. Goodness. So goooood! I love how flavorful and creative each meal is. These are healthy, plant-based meals that are definitely not boring! With 50+ options for soups, grain bowls, smoothies, noodle bowls, and wellness shots, the variety is amazing.
3. The Thinking is Done for You
Is meal planning weighing you down and adding stress? Then Splendid Spoon is definitely right for you. When you order, you can choose how often you want to receive your meals. They can be delivered weekly, every other week, or once a month. You can also update and change your schedule to fit your lifestyle as needed!
4. Great for Achieving Healthy Eating Goals
If you’re needing help staying accountable to your healthy eating goals, Splendid Spoon is a great option. With pre-portioned meals that clearly state ingredients and nutrients, it’s so helpful for staying on track. There’s also an option to order the “Reset” if you’re needing a refreshing break from your everyday foods!
5. Easy to Store
Personally, I like to have the meals delivered on a monthly basis and store them in the freezer. This helps me not have to worry about prepping a healthy meal on busy days and I like always having them on hand!
6. Delivered to Your Doorstep
The best part? You never have to go to the grocery store. The meals simply show up on your doorstep and it’s like Christmas every time!
Splendid Spoon Review – CONS
I can only think of ONE con for this Splendid Spoon review, and that is that the meals are made for 1 – 2 people. If you have a big family that you’re needing to feed, you may have to think of other options for them. HOWEVER, Splendid Spoon actually works great for the season that I’m in with a toddler and baby! Sometimes I eat one of the meals by myself, and sometimes I share one with my husband for dinner and add other things to the meal (like chicken or tofu).
The Verdict
I LOVE Splendid Spoon and will continue to have it delivered! After trying out many, many meal delivery programs, I’ve found that Splendid Spoon is the least amount of effort and perfect for eating healthy on super busy days. There’s no better feeling than knowing that you have healthy, plant-based meals available in your fridge or freezer ready to go whenever you need them!

I am always interested to learn about new plant based meal options. Since I am the only vegetarian here, I most often make my own meals anyway. I like that the nutrition info is included
