My baby started out on single baby food purees (such as squash, carrots, and green beans) and seemed to love everything. “He’s a total foodie – yay!” is what I thought. And then one day, overnight, he just randomly decided that he no longer liked anything green. Every time I decided to feed it to him, his face filled with total disgust and he spit it back out. Greeeeeattttt.
Soon, that disgust progressed to other vegetables and even some fruit. That’s when I decided to start blending foods together (like this Zucchini & Apple Baby Food Recipe) and working on expanding his little taste buds!
