How to make this Pineapple & Spinach Baby Food recipe
1. Steam the pineapple
Using a baby food maker or a steaming basket, steam the frozen or fresh pineapple for about 10 minutes.
2. Steam the spinach
Add the spinach and steam for another 5 minutes (or until everything is soft).

3. Blend the pineapple and spinach into a puree
In a baby food maker or blender, blend the pineapple and spinach into a puree, adding extra water or breast milk to achieve the desired consistency.
4. Store in the refrigerator or freezer
