I’m not sure why that means that, but it just does. Actually, it seems that I have a serious addiction to breakfast bowls in particular. I mean, don’t get me wrong, you’ll find me devouring everything from Grilled Avocado Goat Cheese Toast to Peanut Butter Chocolate Blender Donuts in the morning! But breakfast bowls seem to be my daily go-to lately. If you need evidence, head over to my Breakfast Bowls Pinterest Board and browse through some of my faves!
Follow Jar Of Lemons (Healthy Recipes + Fitness)’s board Breakfast Bowls on Pinterest.
You can also find evidence on my Instagram account! Now, while this Banana Split Smoothie Bowl may be similar to the Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl and Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl, it’s especially unique in that it could totally be a dessert! The others could too, but this one is very dessert-like in its attributes. There’s chocolate, delicious strawberries, bananas, AND it’s frozen. Best dessert ever!

Even Cody’s getting into this whole smoothie bowl thing, y’all! It’s totally become a part of our morning routine. We get up, quickly get ready, then he slices the fruit toppings while I make the smoothie. We put it all together, I send his bowl with him to-go, and then I slowly enjoy demolish mine! Goooood times.
