Ingredients
Here’s what you need for this recipe:
Coffee or Espresso – Personally, I LOVE using my Nespresso machine for everyday lattes and coffee. It’s so easy to use! Both a Nespresso Lungo shot or regular brewed coffee work great in this recipe.
Oat Milk – This Extra Creamy Oat Milk is truly my favorite for coffee recipes. It’s so yummy! However, almond milk, cashew milk, or any type of plant-based milk works great.
Collagen Peptides – Plain, unflavored collagen peptides are my favorite for this recipe. However, flavored mixes (like this Vanilla one) also work wonderfully!

Raw Sugar – Any type of raw or plain sugar is perfect for this recipe. Honey or agave are great options, as well!
