This stuff is seriously the best. It’s one of my hands-down favorite party snacks! For this popcorn party mix, I used lightly sweet and salty kettle corn and sea salt popcorn mixed with all of the best things. Nuts, chocolate, dried fruit, and more! You can really make this popcorn party mix however you want and add your own twist. The options are limitless and your guests will love it!
Whether you’re hosting a game day party (especially if you’re someone who’s secretly there for the food), a gathering with friends, a family celebration, or a fun game night, this popcorn treat can go so many ways. It’s so yummy!

Ingredients
- Popped popcorn
- Macadamia nuts – halved walnuts or pistachios are great, too!
- Sliced almonds
- Dried cranberries – I’ve also made this with dried goji berries and it’s SO good.
- Dark chocolate chips
- Toasted coconut chips
How to Make a Popcorn Party Mix
Making this popcorn party mix recipe could not be easier! Here’s how to put it together in just 10 minutes or less:
- Combine the popcorn, nuts, cranberries, chocolate chips, and coconut chips in a large serving bowl.
- Use two large spoons or tongs to mix.
- Serve and enjoy!

Serving Popcorn at a Party
Popcorn is actually such a fun treat to serve at parties! The keys to making it party-worthy are two things:
1. Have the Right Mix
Make sure you’re mixing the right ingredients so that flavors complement each other in the popcorn party mix. This recipe is perfect for that! I’ve served it so many times and it’s always such a hit.
2. Make it Pretty
Serve the popcorn in a beautiful dish, like a large glass trifle bowl or a pretty serving bowl! It’s also important to leave little bowls or parfait glasses near the serving area.
Popcorn Party Mix Bar
Pro-tip: instead of mixing the party mix yourself, place each ingredient in bowls or cups and let guests create their own popcorn party mixes! You can even turn them into fun parfaits with granola, m&ms, candy, and other delicious treats.
