It’s amazing what you can make from simple items in your pantry! While many believe that you can only eat healthy when you have fresh items on hand, that’s not entirely true – there’s plenty of nutrition and goodness hiding out in the pantry.

Today, we’re sharing some of our favorite, easy-to-make healthy pantry recipes. They all use simple ingredients, are adjustable, and can be made quickly. Here are the categories:
